That’s manifesting at its highest.⁠ ⁠ Let me break it down for you!⁠ ⁠ Magnetism is the natural power of some objects or substances to attract other objects towards them. An electric charge and with the power to attract.⁠ ⁠ But how do we do that?⁠ ⁠ In order to become a magnet, you need to vibrate at a frequency which attracts that which you desire. 2021 requires a higher vibration and frequency!⁠ ⁠ This is a 5 year, a year of change, but change in a good way.⁠ ⁠ But like any change, it can be hard. There may be resistance from your old self. The self that craves comfort and the familiar. Fear of the unknown, surfacing in the form of anger, frustration or the need for control.⁠ ⁠ The energy of our planet has shifted, we have moved into a 5th Dimensional realm.⁠ ⁠ So, what does this change look like?⁠ ⁠ Well, it’s all about energy. The personal vibration and frequency with which we resonate with. In order to move into 5D we have to raise our vibration.⁠ ⁠ Because the higher our vibration the more we play in the field of possibilities. We open ourselves to so much more by shifting closer to the Unified Field and raising our Consciousness.⁠ ⁠ We are all on this journey towards Awakening, we always have been, it’s just that now the speed has gotten faster. This causes some of us to enter into confusion. Where am I going in my life? What am I supposed to be doing? Why am I here?⁠ ⁠ To begin, it’s always best to know where you are. Alchemy happens in the pause ♥️⁠ ⁠ There is a word I use to describe slowing down. It is "Selah" and Selah means to pause.⁠ ⁠ I believe its what we do in the selah moments that determine our greatness.⁠ ⁠ A pause can look like 5 minutes to stop and breath and connect to Source.⁠ ⁠ A pause can look like taking a day off to work on "being" not on "doing".⁠ ⁠ Wherever you are this Christmas holiday, whatever you are doing, remember this word, Selah. Take a moment to pause, go within and breath.⁠ ⁠ This Christmas day it is just my hubby and my fur babies. quiet, chilled, laid back and purposeful.⁠ ⁠ For me, it's about vibration. It's what I choose to eat, it's how I choose to think. What does it mean to manifest without attachment?⁠ ⁠ I am sure you have heard people say, “Create an intention without attachment”. Sounds really cool and spiritual doesn’t it? But WHAT does it REALLY mean? How do we manifest something and WANT IT REALLY REALLY BADLY and NOT be attached to the outcome?⁠ ⁠ It kind of sounds counter intuitive doesn’t it, because I’ve been there, wanting with all my heart, doing the doing and being the being.⁠ ⁠ I’ve meditated naked under full moons to bring in more clients. I’ve used crystals and sage to help heal my adrenal fatigue. I’ve created mind movies, vision boards and affirmation cards to bring in my perfect partner.⁠ ⁠ I’ve done it all because I REALLY REALLY wanted more money and greater health and the love of my life. That there’s some pretty important shiz and don’t they say that if we want to attract something into our life, we have to FEEL the emotion as well?⁠ ⁠ So, if I am feeling the emotion then it’s fair to say that I am going to be fairly connected to my desires. I am playing full out here, like I’m going all the way, I am all in, knock it out of the ballpark kind of manifesting.⁠ ⁠ Now, they tell me to do all that but then, let go of the attachment, surrender your desires and leave it up to the Universe. WTF!!!!⁠ ⁠ No wonder we get so confused. Happy earth day lovelies⁠ ⁠ I think mother Gaia is breathing a big sigh atm. I can feel her exhale quite strongly when I am present with Her. ⁠ ⁠ The story may be a bit different for us humans though as we navigate our way through change and uncertainty. ⁠ ⁠ Stress is real and it is effecting so many of us. SLOW IS THE NEW ASAP⁠ ⁠ This easter we are all forced to slow down.⁠ ⁠ When you get off the rat race and onto the path less travelled, life becomes a whole lot deeper and more meaningful. Circumstances and coincidences happen more frequently. Chance meetings with the person that can open the right doors aren’t so ‘chance’ anymore.⁠ ⁠ The slow-down-to-speed-up philosophy is not about doing less or taking a longer time to do things. It’s like when you get on the travelator at the airport. You stop walking and let it do the work for you. It becomes effortless. There is less struggle and resistance.⁠ ⁠ It’s like finding life’s pulse and getting in the perfect groove. In order to find this, you first have to slow down and listen for the beat. ⁠ ⁠ The 44th verse of the Tao says, “Know when to stop, if the chase is wearing out your health, stop. If the chase is wreaking havoc on your relationship, stop. Exhausting you, stop.
