Have you ever felt like you were burnt out, stressed out, maxed out and then checked out? I did!
In 2012 I was diagnosed with Stage 2 Adrenal Fatigue and Heavy Metal Toxicity. Life as I knew it took a major tumble and I needed to make some significant changes in order to restore my body back to absolute wellness.
During those years I come to understand a great deal about chronic stress and the way it affects our lives. I realised that the way I was living my life was causing stress to get stuck in my body. This caused my internal organs and systems to go into overdrive just having to cope with the demand of the toxicity and inflammation in my body.
I figured out that there were 3 key areas, where if I eliminated or drastically reduced blocked stress (or what I have come to term Stress Bombs) from my body, wonderful things happened.
Firstly, my body started to repair itself on a cellular level. Emotionally what used to stress me out no longer bothered me. I made friends with Stress.
Energetically, I started to actually vibrate at a higher frequency, I felt lighter, brighter and this helped me attract circumstances and situations into my life which before weren’t even on the radar.

When I made changes in these 3 areas and learnt how to remove the stress bombs, I was able to completely heal. As I healed my intuition blossomed and my desires came to me effortlessly.
